Federal government is spending more than four billion rupees on promotion of quality education in the newly merged tribal districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
A spokesman of Directorate of Education Tribal districts told our Peshawar correspondent that the government has recently completed more than sixty projects in education sector in the newly merged tribal districts.
He said upgradation of one hundred primary, middle and high schools is also in progress.
He said the government is also providing monthly stipends to the girl students to improve female education in these areas.
