Series of US drone strikes along Pak Afghan border

KABUL - The US military has carried out a series of new airstrikes on ISIS hideouts in eastern Nangarhar province of Afghanistan in the past 24 hours, the Afghan military said Sunday.
The latest airstrikes were carried out on ISIS hideouts in Nazian district and as a result at least six militants have been killed.
The 201st Silab Corps of the Afghan Military said the hideouts of the terror group were targeted in Nakhtar Kand area of the district.
According to Silab Corps, at least six militants of the terror group were killed but the airstrikes did not incur any casualty to the local residents and security personnel.
