UN urges Tehran to show restraints after successive ballistic missile launch

ISLAMABAD: United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon expressed his concerns over the Iran’s recent ballistic missile test saying that Tehran should act with moderation and restrain in order to avoid increasing regional tension.
According to UN spokesperson Stephane Dujarric, Ban Ki Moon urged Tehran to show restraints after successive ballistic missile launch. Dujarric told the reporters that Iran should act carefully in the current political scenario in the Middle East region after lifting sanctions against itself.
Iran could again face sanctions because of a series of ballistic missile test this week by international community. Iran ballistic missile tests are drawing international concerns.
USA, France and other countries also expressed their concerns over the ballistic missile test of Iran and said that if it is confirmed that Iran had launched nuclear-capable ballistic missiles then it would be the violation of UN Security Councill resolution.
