Iftikhar Ch. plea hearing against Imran Khan adjourned by court

ISLAMABAD: The hearing of Ex. Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Ch. defamation and Rs. 20 billion compensation claim plea against PTI Chairman Imran Khan has been adjourned by Islamabad Session Court till June 26.
As per details, hearing of the case was held here at today in Islamabad Session Court under Session Judge Kamran Basharat however hearing of the case was adjourned without any proceeding because case is also being heard by Islamabad High Court.
It is also pertinent to mention here that compensation claim had been filed against Imran Khan over his rigging allegations on Iftikhr Ch in general election 2013. Imran Khan is also facing defamation claim by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar’s son.
