Economy put on a solid track to achieve sustainable growth: PM

Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi confidence of the business community has been restored and economy has been put on a track to achieve sustainable growth.
He was talking to the Managing Committee of Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Islamabad today (Wednesday).
The Prime Minister said encouraging and facilitating local and foreign investors is the government's foremost priority.
He said the government is committed to take relevant stakeholders on-board in policy formulation. He said all suggestions aimed at removing bottlenecks and improving ease of doing business will be welcomed.
President OICCI Khalid Mansoor said continued growth trajectory due to improved security situation and major policy initiatives by the government has improved positive sentiments of the foreign investors.
He said majority of the respondents plan to make new or further enhance their investments in the next one to five years.
