Erdogan lashes out at USA over support to Kurds
ANKARA: Turkish President Recep Tayyib Erdogan lashed out at US for its support  to Syrian Kurd rebels.

He claimed that Syrian Kurds rebels are seen by Ankara as terrorist and Washington is supporting them against ISIS militants in Syria’s war.

He claimed that US is using double standards by helping PYD against ISIS in Syria.

“We know these (organizations) very well. We know Daesh very well too,” he said, using the Arabic acronym for the ISIS.

“But since you haven’t been able to recognize them up to this day, the region is soaked in blood,” he said.

PYD is affiliated with Turkey’s own Kurdish rebels as a terror group and a key force for US in eliminating Daesh in Syria.
