Malir Expressway project to provide shortest route: Murad

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has said Malir Expressway project will provide a shortest route to connect the city to Motorway M-9.
Addressing a meeting regarding Malir project in Karachi, he said the six-lane Expressway will be built on the left bank of Malir River.
The Expressway would start from Qayyumabad KPT Interchange and will end at M-9 Motorway near DHA Phase 9.
He said Sindh Government would provide 30 percent of funds for the project while 40 percent would be taken as loan from bank and another 30 percent would be provided through public-private partnership.
