PESHAWAR - Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa (KP) Mehmood Khan lands in hot waters.
CM KP has been summoned by NAB in a case pertaining to lease of Malam Jabba’s forest land on December 17.
As per details, NAB has summoned chief minister KP on 17th of this month in a case related to alleged misappropriation in leasing of Malam Jabba’s land.
“Mr Mehmood Khan has been summoned to appear before NAB as minister of tourism to record his statement into the scandal over his alleged involvement,” said NAB’s spokesperson.
Provincial Minister, Atif Khan, Senator Mohsin have been also served notices by the anti-watch dog body to appear before it on December 14 in the same case.
It may be recalled that former Chief Minister KP Pervez Khattak, who is currently serving as Defense Minister had appeared before the NAB in Malam Jabba’s land leasing case.
