Attempt to smuggle banned drugs to Saudi Arabia foiled by ANF at Islamabad airport

ISLAMABAD – Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) on Tuesday arrested man for smuggling banned drugs to Saudi Arabia.
As per media report, ANF foiled an attempt to smuggle banned drugs to Saudi Arabia at Islamabad airport.
According to the ANF, the drugs were recovered from the passenger s luggage during a security check-in for private airline.
The passenger Irfan Khan, a resident of Dir, was carrying 3000 banned pills.
He was shifted to ANF cell where he told that the drugs were given to him by a relative.
