Turkish and Iranian Foreign Ministers calls on PM Nawaz Sharif

ISLAMABAD: Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu and Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif separately met with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Islamabad. PM Nawaz said Turkey is a time-tasted friend of Pakistan and relationships between both countries will be strengthened with the passage of time. Turk FM said that Pakistan is another house of Turkish’s people. Turkey will support Pakistan efforts to promote peace and reconciliation in region. While talking to Iranian FM, PM Nawaz said that Pakistan and Iran have historical relations and the relations between both countries will be strengthen in coming days. Iranian FM said that Heart of Asia conference will be helpful to establish peace and stability in region. Javad Zarif said that Iran hopes that all obstacles in the way of economic cooperation between the two countries will be removed after lifting of sanctions. He further said that President Rohani will soon visit Pakistan.
