Nawaz Sharif complains of NAB pressure on candidates

ISLAMABAD – Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday said that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) should not put pressure on candidates before the elections.

Talking to media outside the accountability court (AC), he said that the people will not vote for those who change their loyalties, adding that Punjab Chief Minister Shshbaz Sharif took exemplary measures for the development of southern Punjab.

Sharif said that the court had to pronounce judgement in corruption cases against him but didn’t find anything, adding that they will not find anything in the next two months.

Responding to a question regarding former interior minister Chaudhry Nisar, he said that the nation know everything about him and that there was no need to ask him.
