PTI announces to postpone intra party election

ISLAMABAD: PTI decided to postpone Intra Party elections due to current political situation in the country.

 

As per details, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Imran Khan here at today in Islamabad to discuss the current political situation. It was decided in the meeting that the intra party election is not possible in the current circumstances.

 

Imran was advised to contact with other political and religious parties over the issue of Panama Leaks for strong and powerful opposition.

 

After the meeting, Imran Khan addressed media and announced to postpone intra party elections saying that PTI decided to start movement over the revelations of Panama Leaks.

Imran further added that PTI membership campaign would continue and intra party elections would be held after 3 weeks.

 

Imran further urged nation to come out on roads and stand against the illegal assets and off shore companies to bring a real change in the country.

 

Talking about the differences in PTI, he said that differences are the beauty of democracy and it is the common thing in true democratic party because even in USA, the candidates have differences among themselves before election.
