Several Kashmiris arrested to prevent protest against sham polls in IOK
In occupied Kashmir, Indian police have arrested several Kashmiries to prevent from conducting campaign for the boycott of the sham polls for the local bodies in the territory.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Indian police arrested half a dozen youth from Langate and Pulwama areas while the JKLF leader in Illahi Bagh area of Srinagar.
The occupation authorities have already put almost all Hurriyat leaders including Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Muhammad Yasin Malik, Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai, Mukhtar Ahmed Waza, Hilal Ahmed War and Qazi Yasir under house arrest or in detention to stop them from conducting the election boycott campaign.
On other hand, an Indian solider has committed suicide at an army camp in New Plot area of Jammu district.
