*He made a surprise visit to police stations in Rawalpindi late Wednesday night and ordered the suspension of some officers. *
However, the CPO reportedly declined to follow his orders.
The policemen told the state minister that he is welcome to come for a visit whenever he wants, but he will have to inform them first.
