Shahid Khaqan Abbasi addresses inaugural ceremony of four-day
Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said that foreign investment in the country will be encouraged and the government will ensure provision of all possible facilities to the investors.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony of four-day "Emerging Pakistan" exhibition in Karachi, he urged the world businessmen and entrepreneurs to take benefit from the business-oriented policies of the government and prevailing investor-friendly environment in the country.
The Prime Minister said Pakistan has recorded the highest 8.3% consumer growth and foreign investors and companies currently working in Pakistan are getting the high rates of profits.
He said that Pakistan fought and won the biggest ever war of the world against terrorism and won it.
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that democracy has strengthened and media is proactive in the country.
Our Karachi representative Muhammad Waqas reports that around nine hundred delegates from eighty-five countries are taking part in the exhibition.
