Pakistan Cricket team rises in ICC Twenty20 international team rankings

DUBAI – Pakistan have risen to second spot in the latest ICC Twenty20 International Team Rankings, and claimed the position by pushing England down to number three.
Both Pakistan and England have 121 rating points, but Pakistan lead them in the rankings. The Kiwis are sitting at the top of the T20I Team Rankings with 125 ratings.

India and T20 World Champions West Indies complete the top five teams. India are placed on the fourth spot with 118 ratings, whereas, West Indies hold the fifth position with 114 ratings.
Let it be known that Pakistan last appeared in a T20I against West Indies on April 2, in which they emerged victorious over the Windies and claimed four-match series 3-1 on their home soil.
Pakistan have won seven out of their eight T20I matches since the 2016 T20 World Cup, and lost only one.
