China, France to further advance comprehensive strategic partnership

China and France have agreed to further advance their comprehensive strategic partnership.
The agreement was reached during the talks between Chinese President Xi Jinping and French President Emmanuel Macron in Beijing.
Speaking on this occasion, Chinese President said that China stands ready to promote exchanges and enhance mutual trust and cooperation with France in order to inject new impetus into the development of the both countries.
The both leaders also witnessed the signing of documents on bilateral cooperation in areas including nuclear energy, environmental protection, and finance.
