Kazakhstan Chief of General Staff calls on Chairman JCSC

ISLAMABAD: Kazakhstan Deputy Defense Minister and Chief of General Staff General Zhasuzakov Sakin called on Chairman Joint Chief of Staff Committee JCSC General Rashid Mahmood here at GHQ, Rawalpindi.
According to ISPR, affairs related to professional interests were discussed in the meeting. Both dignitaries exchanged views to enhance mutual cooperation between both armed forces.
The visiting dignitary lauded the professionalism of Pak Army and appreciated the sacrifices of armed forces in war against terrorism.
Earlier upon his arrival, he was welcomed by Joint Chief of Staff Committee. A smartly turned out contingent of tri-services presented Guard of Honor to the visiting dignitary.
Later, Deputy Defense Minister also met with Federal Minister for Defense Production and agreed to enhance bilateral cooperation in defense sector. Matters related to mutual interest came under discussion.
