German Defense Minister appreciates Pak Army ops Zarb-e-Azab in meeting withCOAS.

ISLAMABAD: German Defense Minister, Ursula Van visited the General Headquarter and met with Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif and expressed her views regarding security situation and defense cooperation. As per ISPR statement, matters related to Geopolitical, regional security situation and bilateral affairs were discussed in the meeting. Issues related to enhance defense cooperation between Germany and Pakistan also came under discussion during meeting. German Defense Minister lauded the success of Zarb-e-Azab and paid rich tribute to martyrs of Pak Army. A contingent of Pak Army presented salute to the visiting dignitary and she laid floral of wreath at Yadgar-e-Shuhada.
