Economic development only way for peace in Afghanistan: Sushma Swaraj at Heart of Asia Conference

ISLAMABAD: Indian Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj said that terrorism is big threat for Afghanistan instead of tribes. Afghanistan is facing important internal issues while terrorism has increased in Afghanistan in recent days. She was addressing the Heart of Asia conference. While addressing the conference, she lauded the role of Afghan forces to fight against terrorism. She also paid tribute to Afghan people for bravely combating with terrorism. Sushma further added that Afghanistan will have to root out extremism and terrorism from its country. Democracy is strengthening in Afghanistan and it is our joint responsibility to eradicate terrorism form Afghanistan. Indian FM said economic development is the only way to establish peace in Afghanistan. India is ready to cooperate to establish peace in Afghanistan while India is working to promote regional trade
