US constantly sending messages to Iran for negotiations: Rouhani

TEHRAN: Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has said that United States is constantly sending messages to them to begin negotiations.
In a speech on state television, he said the US is trying to pressure the people of Iran on the one hand, and on the other they send messages through various means to negotiate.
Tensions ramped up between Iran and the United States after President Donald Trump pulled out of a landmark nuclear deal with Iran in May this year and reimpose sanctions on it last month.
