How China wants Pakistan India ties to grow?

BEIJING - China has welcomed the joint participation of Pakistan and India in anti-terrorism exercise held in Russia under the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) framework.
Chinese foreign ministry’s spokesperson Hua Chunying said during a press briefing in Beijing that stability of India-Pakistan relations is of great significance to regional peace and stability and even world peace and development.
The spokesperson said China sincerely hopes strengthening of bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
