Citizens Foundation of Pakistan wins UNESCO Confucius prize at Paris

PARIS: The Citizens Foundation of Pakistan's "Aagahi Literacy Programme for Women and Out of School Girls" has won UNESCO's Confucius Prize for Literacy-2017.
Director General UNESCO Irina Bokova gave away the prestigious prize to Executive Advisor Amna Wahid Khalid and CEO of the Citizens Foundation Assad Ayub Ahmad at a ceremony in Paris.
