ATC Court orders to confiscate property of MQM founder


ISLAMABAD  – An anti-terrorism court has decided to confiscate property of the MQM founder and asked details of his property.

Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Shah Rukh Arjmand heard the case. The court also issued perpetual arrest warrants for the accused.

The MQM founder had made provocative speeches against the Pak Army and the case was registered at the Margalla police station.

The MQM founder is already a fugitive in the cases registered with the Golra, Secretariat, Bhara Kahu and Kohsar police stations.
