South American country President wins hearts of Muslims with his support for Palestinians

President Gustavo Petro of the South American country Colombia has stated that the only path for Israeli children to sleep peacefully is for Palestinian children to do the same.
In a statement on social media, President Gustavo Petro emphasized that peace and tranquility for Palestinian children can only be achieved through an international agreement that respects the rights of both parties and upholds international law.
He also shared images of several Palestinian children who lost their lives at the hands of Israel and expressed that these children were killed due to the unlawful occupation of their land.
President Petro further mentioned that at a very young age, he studied the Israel-Palestine conflict, and he is familiar with the injustices faced by Palestinian refugees since 1948, much like he knows about the injustices suffered by Jews in Europe at the hands of the Nazis in 1933.
He stated that if he had been in Germany in 1933, he would have fought for the Jews, and if he had lived in Palestine in 1948, he would have fought for the Palestinians.
He also shared a documentary film that sheds light on the challenges and issues faced by the Palestinian people.
