In India , a pollution emergency has been declared in capital New Delhi as a toxic smog hung over the city for a third day on Thursday.
According to India 's Central Pollution Control Board officials, air quality continued to remain in the severe zone in Delhi.
Railway officials say at least forty-one trains have been delayed and nine rescheduled due to haze.
