Afghan Military Commander killed in an inside attack from the National troops

KABUL - A provincial military commander has been killed in friendly fire link from link national troops, while riding in a private car link in western Afghanistan link, the Herat link police link chief told Sputnik on Saturday.
The late commander of the Herat link operations unit, Ahmad Shah Jalali, was on his way to Herat link city when he came under fire link at an Afghan link National Army link checkpoint in the Nawabad area.
For years, the Afghan link government link has been fighting the Taliban link movement and various militant groups affiliated with al-Qaeda and the Islamic State terrorist link groups (both banned in Russia link).
The security situation in Herat link remains unstable as Taliban link militants link are still active in certain parts of the province.
