Improving relations with India would remain a priority for Pakistan Foreign Policy in 2016: FO



ISLAMABAD:Foreign Office issued a document regarding the foreign policy of Pakistan in 2016. According to the document, to implement on cease fire agreement of 2003 with India would include in priorities to ensure peace on working boundary and LOC.





Pakistan is not only desirous to enhance mutual understanding but also want to resolve all issues including Kashmir through comprehensive and meaningful dialogues with India. 

 


The document further stated that Pakistan will continue policy of non-interference in Middle Eastern conflicts in 2016 and will continue to pursue a balanced and principles-based approach in its relations with Saudi Arabia, Iran, GCC and other countries in the Middle East.

 

Pakistan has close and brotherly relations with Saudi Arabia and will support Saudi Arabia if any threat arises to its territorial integrity. The foreign policy of 2015 and its achievements were also highlighted in the document.
