11 Pakistani fishermen including three children arrested by Indian Navy from Pakistani waters 

KARACHI: The Indian Navy has violated the sea boundaries of Pakistan and arrested 11 Pakistanis including 3 children from the Pakistani maritime boundaries.


As per details, the incident took place when an Indian Navy ship entered near Khajhur Creek along the coastal district of Sujawal and forcibly took away a Pakistani fishing boat along with 11 fishermen.


According to the residents of Yousif Katiyar village, the fishermen were busy in fishing in open sea when suddenly an Indian Navy ship appeared along with heavy contingent of Navy personnel and arrested them with their boat.


The arrested fishermen were identified as Hussain, Abbas, Ali, Sikandar, Muhammad Siddique, Abdul Aziz, Abdul Razaq, Ghafoor, Jameel and Asghar.


Pakistan has objected the maritime boundary violation by Indian Navy and the matter is likely to be raised with the higher Indian authorities in the coming days.
