Turkey to build liveable camps in Bangladesh for Rohingya Muslims: Tayyip Erdogan

Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said his country aims at building more liveable camps for Rohingya Muslims who fled Myanmar's state persecution and took refuge in Bangladesh.

Talking to reporters at Istanbul's Ataturk Airport before leaving for Kazakhstan, Erdogan said Ankara has been continuing multilateral diplomacy to find a sustainable solution to the Rohingya crisis in Myanmar.

Meanwhile, Turkey's first lady Emine Erdogan along with a high level delegation including Foreign Minister and heads of Turkish aid agencies visited camps of Rohingya Muslims in Bangladesh, who fled due to violence in Myanmar's Rakhine state.

The first lady told reporters in Cox Bazar district that Turkey will do everything possible to help the Rohingya Muslims.
