Federal government released funds under PSDP

ISLAMABAD - The government has released funds amounting to 286.548 million rupee during first four months of the of current fiscal year to execute petroleum projects under the Public Sector Development Programme 2019-20.

According to the official data, an amount of 4.220 million rupee has been provided to explore and evaluate coal in Nosham and Bahlol areas of Balochistan, for which 10.553 million rupee have been earmarked in the PSDP.

While, 54 million rupee have been released, against the allocation of 70 million rupee, for expansion and up-gradation of Pakistan Petroleum Corehouse to ensure its sustainable operations and facilitate oil and gas exploration research in the country.
