Hearing of NAB References against Nawaz's family adjourns till 15th November

Accountability court Judge indicted the former Prime Minister in the references.
An Accountability Court in Islamabad has adjourned the hearing of NAB references against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his family members till 15th of this month.
During the hearing the accountability court Judge Muhammad Bashir dismissed former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's petition seeking to club the three references.
The court indicted the former Prime Minister in the references. He denied all the charges.
Denying charges against him, Nawaz Sharif said his right to fair trial has been infringed.
The Court accepted the application of Captain Safdar and Maryam Nawaz and altered the charge sheet against them by removing one of the provisions regarding scheduled offences.
During the course of hearing today, Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz, retired Captain Muhammad Safdar, other PML-N leaders and ministers were present in the court room.
Later the Court began hearing of NAB reference against Finance Minister Ishaq Dar.
Dar`s counsel Ayesha Hamid submitted the medical report of her client saying that because of cardio vascular complication Ishaq Dar cannot appear before the court.
She however pleaded that the proceedings may continue in his absence through pleader.
The Court has reserved decision on the plea.
