CJP Justice Saqib Nisar takes another suo moto notice

ISLAMABAD – Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar has taken suo motu notice of the prices of POL products.
The notice has been taken on different taxes levied on POL products.
The court has sent notices to the Petroleum Ministry, Finance Ministry, the FBR and Attorney General.
A three-member bench headed by the CJP will hear the case on Sunday.
