For the first time in history, Pakistan launches digital services for Hajj Pilgrims

ISLAMABAD - Minister for Religious Affairs Noor-Ul-Haq Qadri has said that government is taking all measures to facilitate intending Hajj pilgrims this year.
Addressing a Media Awareness Workshop about Hajj in Islamabad today (Friday), he said ministry is coordinating and communicating with media for public awareness as it plays a pivotal role in educating the pilgrims.
He said 3D demonstration will be used at training camps in different cities to make the training more effective.
Earlier, Dy. Director Media Imran Siddiqui informed the media that mobile apps have been launched to disseminate information more easily and effectively.
These applications include Rehnuma-e-Hajj, Hajj Complaints, Pak Hajj Guide, Pak Hajj Muavin and Mina Locator.
