China continues to play role for reconciliation, reconstruction in Afghanistan

China has called upon the international community to give firm support to the Afghan-led, Afghan-owned reconciliation process and play a constructive role to build momentum for dialogue.
At a press conference in Beijing on Friday Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi appealed to all parties in Afghanistan to seize opportunity for political reconciliation through dialogue.
He said China will continue to play its role for reconciliation and reconstruction in Afghanistan.
