Imran Khan asks party leaders to intensify protest preparations

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan made it clear that his party would never withdraw from the investigation of Panama leaks issue and the matter would be taken to logical end.

As per details, PTI core committee meeting was held here at PTI Chairman residence Bani Gala under chairmanship of Imran Khan. Terms of References and current political situation came under discussion during the meeting.

Core committee meeting was informed by senior leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi regarding the deadlock persisting in parliamentary committee. He said that government is not serious in resolving the issue of Panama leaks and trying to safe Sharif family from accountability.

Speaking at the occasion, PTI Chairman Imran Khan directed party leaders to intensify arrangements for launching protesting campaign over the issue of Panama leaks if authoritative inquiry commission is not established by government.

Expressing his concerns over party internal differences, Imran Khan directed to focus on next election and end all differences.

Party interim set up was discussed during the meeting and it was decided to nominate new office bearers restoring regional organizations in Punjab and KPK.
