ISLAMABAD - PTI government makes an important announcement over Maryam Nawaz Sharif.
Chairman Senate Committee on Information and Broadcasting, Senator Faisal Javed Khan has said the government would not remove the name of Maryam Nawaz from the Exit Control List (ECL) and would fully implement the court’s decision regarding Maryam Nawaz.
Talking to a private news channel, he said the PTI government has always respected the verdicts of the court and also struggled for independence of judiciary in the country.
The Senator said the incumbent government allowed Nawaz Sharif to go abroad on humanitarian grounds after court granted bail to him.
He said Prime Minister Imran Khan is determined to wipe out the menace of corruption and money laundering, recover the looted money from the plunderers and use the amount for development of the country.
Faisal Javed Khan said the PTI government is effectively working to bring political and economic stability and it would complete its constitutional tenure.
