India might stage Pulwama like drama to divert attention from Occupied Kashmir HR violations
ISLAMABAD - Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi while addressing a press conference said that India might stage an attack like Pulwana to take attention away from the human rights violations in Kashmir.
He said that India has made Kashmir a sub-jail by imposing curfew, deploying around nine hundred thousand army personnel and holding 15 million people as hostages.
“Pakistan will make contact with UN Security Council over Kashmir issue.” FM said adding that legal action will be taken against India for violating Shimla Agreement.
The federal Minister further said that India’s impression that abrogation of Article 370 is their internal matter is wrong as Kashmir is an international issue.
“Pakistan has talked to 28 countries regarding deteriorating situation in Kashmir.”
Talking about relations with India, he said that Pakistan has not limited airspace for India; however, trade ties have been suspended.
“Suspension of trade ties will not impact our trade with Afghanistan.”
FM stated that India has rejected the mediation offer of President Trump and the world now knows who is running away from dialogue.
“If European Union can play a significant role in resolving the Kashmir issue, we are ready,” he added.
