Uzair Baloch acquitted by ATC court

KARACHI: Local court in Karachi has acquitted Uzair baloch and Zubair Baloch in one case today (Saturday).
According to details, the session judge heard the case during which prosecutor failed to provide proof against Lyari gangsters Uzair Baloch and his brother.
The court acquitted the accused and ordered the jail superintendent to release them if they are not named in any other case.
It is to be mentioned here that police personnel conducted an operation in May 2012 in Lyari during which the suspects attacked the officers.
Uzair Baloch was arrested in 2016 whereas the court had issued arrest warrants for absconders Faisal Niazi, Badshah Khan, Naeem Lahoti and Jahangir.
