Europe seeks US sanction exemptions for its firms in Iran

TEHRAN: Foreign and Finance Ministers from France, Britain and Germany have urged Washington to spare EU firms in Iran from sanctions.
According to reports, European powers have been scrambling to salvage the Iran nuclear deal signed in 2015 as US. President Donald Trump pulled Washington out last month.
Meanwhile, Iran says it will not cooperate fully with atomic inspectors until a standoff over its nuclear deal is resolved.
