Chairman Army Election Support Centre meets CEC over elections security

ISLAMABAD - Chairman Army Election Support Centre, Lieutenant General Hamood uz Zaman Khan called on Chief Election Commissioner Sardar Muhammad Raza in Islamabad today (Saturday).
Matters pertaining to security in upcoming general elections came under discussion during the meeting.
Lieutenant General Hamood uz Zaman Khan on behalf of Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa assured the Chief Election Commissioner that Pakistan army will play its role under constitution.
Chief Election Commissioner appreciated the resolve of Pakistan Army and hoped all provincial governments will also play their due role in conducting free and fair elections.
