DG ISI Lt General Faiz Hameed held important meeting with PM Imran Khan

Islamabad: Director General Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed called on Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday to discuss security matters.
Lt Gen Hameed briefed the premier about the security situation in the country.
Lt Gen Faiz Hameed was appointed as the Director General of Pakistan's premier spy agency last year.
Gen Hameed is from the Baloch Regiment. He was heading the internal security wing at the ISI before the promotion.
He was also among those who brokered the Faizabad agreement in 2017 between protesters from different religious groups and the then government of PML-N.
