Turkish Army has killed 970 terrorists' in Syria

ISTANBUL:The number of Kurdish and IS "terrorists" the Turkish Army has "neutralised" (killed, wounded or captured) since the start of its offensive on the Kurdish-Syrian enclave of Afrin has risen to a total of 970, according to Turkish armed forces, ANSA reported.
The figure is not independently verifiable on the ground, it said.
Turkish pro-government news agency Anadolu said on Tuesday that Turkish soldiers and local allied militias are continuing their advance, and have taken control of a Kurdish militant training camp west of Afrin. APP/ANSA
