Indian Military Force Camp comes under attack, 9 soldiers hit

Imphal: Nine Assam Rifles troopers were injured after unidentified men attacked with grenades at its Camp near Khuman Lampak Sports Complex in Imphal.
The attack took place around 5:30 pm on Tuesday. The injured have been shifted to Leimakhong Army Hospital.
This is the second grenade attack on security forces in Manipur in two days. Two Assam Rifles personnel were injured in a grenade blast on Monday at Pologround in Imphal.
The nine wounded troopers belonged to five different units of the paramilitary force and were assembled at the transit camp at the time of the attack.
