20 milk collection centers to establish in Layyah, Muzaffargarh

Australian Government-funded Market Development Facility and Fauji Foods have signed a partnership to establish twenty milk collection centers in rural Layyah and Muzaffargarh.
Australia's High Commissioner to Pakistan Margaret Adamson joined Managing Director of Fauji Foods Javaid Iqbal at a signing ceremony in Bhalwal Sargodha.
The Australian High Commissioner hoped that the agreement will help expand Pakistan's formal milk procurement network and increase income for smallholders.
The milk collection centers will also deliver critical information to farmers on best practices in milking, vaccination and animal husbandry.APP
