Chinese State Commissioner for Counter Terrorism holds important talks in Islamabad

Pakistan has assured its continued support to China on all its core issues and firm opposition to any attempt to undermine its sovereignty.
The assurance was given by Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs, Syed Tariq Fatemi at delegation level talks with Chinese State Commissioner for Counter Terrorism and Security Cheng Guoping in Islamabad.
During meeting all aspects of bilateral relationship were reviewed, with a special focus on security, economic development and CPEC.
The Chinese State Commissioner stated that China attaches great importance to its relations with Pakistan, and supports its sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity.
