The Khalistan Movement of Sikhs is getting recognition and fame all across the world.
After the Khalistan movement’s huge success in Canada, the United Kingdom, Geneva and Italy, the Sikhs’ movement for establishing a sovereign state is attaining strength in Australia as well.
The development has compelled the Indian government to hue and cry in front of Australia’s defense minister and interior minister.
The Indian government is doing efforts to halt the Sikh referendum scheduled to be held on January 29, 2023.
The Sikh community is of the view that the Indian government can’t succeed in its nefarious desires and they will grab their right of the sovereign state at any cost. A Khalistan flag was also raised by Melbourne and the Victorian Sikh Council in a ceremony.
The Khalistan movement is a Sikh separatist movement seeking to create a homeland for Sikhs by establishing a sovereign state, called Khalistan (Land of the Khalsa), in the Punjab region of India.
