CJP seeks survey report of Korang nullah in six weeks

ISLAMABAD: A three-member bench of Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar heard a case against encroachments in Bani Gala in Islamabad on Tuesday.

The Chief Justice ordered the Surveyor General of Pakistan to complete the survey of Korang nullah within six weeks.

Meanwhile, hearing the case about cutting of trees on Margalla Hills, the three-member bench ordered the Surveyor General to delimit Islamabad and Margalla Hills in twenty-eight days.

The bench also directed the Capital Development Authority and Revenue Department to provide record in this regard to the Surveyor General Office within two days.
