Hamza Shahbaz moves LHC for CM Punjab slot Election

PML-N leader Hamza Shehbaz link files a constitutional petition link in the Lahore High Court on Friday seeking court order for holding election link of chief minister in the Punjab Assembly.
Punjab Assembly speaker, deputy speaker and others were made respondents in the petition link, which prays that the post of chief minister was vacant since April 1 and the court should order summoning of the assembly session and immediate election link of the CM.
It was also requested in the petition link to declare as illegal the step to seal the Punjab Assembly gates.
