Afghan Taliban attack leaves atleast 6 Army soldiers dead

KABUL - The Afghan military and government officials are saying that six soldiers of the Afghan National Army (ANA) and Afghan National Police (ANP) forces were killed in the latest attacks of the militants in the Sar-e-Pul and Zabul provinces, Khaama Press has reported.

The officials are saying that four ANP soldiers lost their lives in an attack in Zabul province while two ANA soldiers were killed in Sar-e-Pul province.

The district administrative chief of Arghandab in Zabul Amir Jan Alokozay said four ANP soldiers lost their lives in an attack late on Friday night.
